RESEARCH INTERESTS

Dr. Hollingworth has expertise in pesticide toxicology, and in toxic mechanisms and resistance mechanisms to pesticides. He no longer has a research program, but continues teaching and outreach activities in insecticide toxicology, the risk assessment and regulation of chemical contaminants in the diet, and the safety assessment of genetically modified foods, particularly at the international level.
