Research Interests:
My research goal is to evaluate the risk of Arsenic contamination in fruit juice. The fruit juices are widely consumed in the U.S., but the threat of aresenic in juice is a significant health concern, especially to children, so it is necessary to evaluate the risk and consider the exposure limits of Arsenic for juice.
